- General Policy
Safari by Mirza acts as a booking assistance and service provider for Jeep and Canter safaris in Ranthambore National Park.
All safari permits are issued as per the rules and regulations of the Forest Department / Government authorities.
Once a safari permit is confirmed, it is governed by the official cancellation rules of the concerned department.
2. Cancellation Policy
A. Confirmed Safari Bookings
Safari permits once confirmed are non-transferable and generally non-refundable as per Forest Department rules.
Name change or date change is subject to availability and department approval.
In case the department cancels the safari due to unforeseen reasons (natural calamity, park closure, government order), refund will be processed as per department guidelines.
B. Unconfirmed Bookings
If booking remains unconfirmed, full refund will be issued.
Service/processing charges may be deducted.
- Service Charges
Safari by Mirza charges a service/processing fee for handling bookings, coordination, and support.
Service charges are non-refundable once booking is processed.
This includes payment gateway charges, administrative fees, and operational handling charges.
No hidden charges are applied beyond what is disclosed at the time of booking.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway).
Safari by Mirza is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
3. No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided in case of:
Late arrival
Failure to carry valid ID proof
Guest not reporting at safari gate on time
