Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Safari by Mirza, we strive to provide the best wildlife experience. However, since safari bookings involve government permits, we follow a strict refund policy.
1. Government Permit Policy
As per the Ranthambore Forest Department rules, all safari permits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a permit is issued in a guest's name, it cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstances.
2. Service Fee Refund
- Our professional Service Fee is refundable only if we are unable to coordinate or initiate your booking request.
- Once the coordination process has started or slots have been checked/blocked, the service fee is non-refundable.
3. Unforeseen Circumstances
Safari by Mirza is not liable for refunds in cases of:
- Park closure due to sudden heavy rainfall or floods.
- VIP movement or administrative orders by the Forest Department.
- No-show by the guest at the time of safari.
4. MDR & Gateway Charges
Any bank transaction charges or payment gateway fees (MDR) paid at the time of booking are non-refundable as they are collected by third-party processors.
