Welcome to Safari by Mirza. By accessing our website and using our booking assistance services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully before making an inquiry.

1. Service Overview

We provide comprehensive travel assistance for Ranthambore National Park, including:

• Jeep and Canter safari slot coordination.
• Expert guidance on tiger sighting zones (Zone 1-10).
• Itinerary planning and hotel booking assistance.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability as per the Forest Department's real-time slot status.
• Service Fee: Our professional service fee is separate from the government ticket cost and is non-refundable once the assistance is initiated.
• Full payment must be cleared to confirm the booking request.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Government Permits: Forest Department tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable as per official policy.
• Weather Disruptions: We are not responsible for safari cancellations due to rain, floods, or sudden park closures by the authorities.
• MDR Charges: Transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable in any case.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate identity proofs (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) as required for national park entry. Safari by Mirza is not liable for entry denials caused by incorrect information provided by the guest.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the best tiger sighting experience, wildlife sightings are a matter of chance. We do not guarantee sightings. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the booking assistance.
