• All safari/tour bookings are subject to availability and government regulations.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment and issuing a confirmation email/receipt.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Refunds (if applicable) will follow the rules mentioned on the respective service or package page.

• Government safari bookings (Ranthambore/Chambal/Kalesar/etc.) are non-refundable as per forest department rules.

• No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or missed safaris due to personal reasons.

• Weather issues, technical errors, or government restrictions may result in rescheduling but do not guarantee a refund.

4. Safari Rules & Regulations

• All safaris are controlled by the Forest Department, and we must follow their guidelines strictly.

• ID proof is mandatory during the safari; failure to show valid ID may lead to denial of entry without refund.

• Seat allocation, vehicle type, route selection, and guide assignment are decided solely by forest authorities.

• Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as animals are in their natural habitat.

5. User Responsibility

By booking or using our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate personal information.

• To follow instructions given by guides, drivers, or authorities.

• Not to harm wildlife or disturb the forest environment.

• Not to litter or consume alcohol during safari.

• To behave respectfully with staff, guides, and other guests.

6. Changes & Modifications

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Government orders

  • Operational issues

• If such a change occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Wildlife non-sightings

• Government rule changes

• Delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, or technical issues

• Loss of personal belongings

• Physical injuries caused due to negligence by guests, wildlife encounters, or unavoidable circumstances

All safaris involve inherent risks, and guests participate at their own responsibility.
